Our construction administration services begin with a pre-construction meeting where expectations and responsibilities are clearly defined and communicated.

Open communication means no surprises

At our initial pre-construction meeting, the contractor, the owner’s representative, and the inspector of record meet to answer questions, resolve potential issues, and coordinate the efforts of all project team members. We assign full-time construction administrators for our projects to proactively address issues before they become RFIs or change orders. In turn, they ensure that our projects remain on schedule and under budget.
