Cost management is a central part of project development, especially in today’s worrisome economic times. Time and money are two of the most important factors for most of our clients, and because of this, we have developed in-house cost estimating teams committed to implementing a budget control process for every project. Their goal is to assist our design teams in responsibly meeting our clients’ schedule and budget requirements. Our cost estimators work with clients to develop a conceptual cost plan that estimates anticipated construction costs for their program. At each set milestone of the project, we verify and update the estimate to ensure budget accountability. We draw upon our 70 years of experience to provide the most accurate forecast of projected expenses, keeping our clients on track to complete their projects as planned.
