A firm's vitality is based on the diverse, collective experiences of its employees. HMC [X]ref awards two individuals each calendar year the opportunity to travel to anywhere in the world and share their experiences with colleagues.

Making Connections

The program was established to enable greater exposure to outside influences, new ideas, and historic precedents. The resulting personal growth and creative renewal discovered during their travels is reflected in all aspects of their lives. HMC [X]ref winners are awarded 40 additional vacation hours and a $4,000 stipend to cover travel expenses.
