Since 1989, Chuck has been working with HMC to raise the bar when it comes to healthcare planning and design in California. Currently leading a team on a replacement tower at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, he understands the multiple ways in which his work can positively affect his clients, their patients, and the surrounding community.

Chuck’s experience in architecture combines a sensitivity for design and its effect on users with experience working with multiple government agencies. He has built strong relationships with local, county, and state agencies—including the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development—that help pave the way for streamlined project approvals for his clients.
