Named president and CEO of the firm in May 2004, Randy applies his visionary leadership with a steadfast belief that quality-designed environments can have a profound, positive effect on users. Throughout his career, Randy has worked with public and private institutions, leading the programming, planning, and design of major facilities throughout the western United States.

His passion as an architect originates from working with clients to understand their vision and find creative solutions. The success of his client-focused approach to design has been acknowledged by many communities and through numerous design awards. In recognition of his contributions to the profession of architecture, Randy was elevated to the position of Fellow by the American Institute of Architects in 2004.
