Much like Andrew Carnegie's belief in responsibility for social welfare, Raymond believes each project provides an opportunity to enhance the wellbeing of its users and enrich the life of its larger community.

Raymond is passionate about exploring the boundaries of design problems while seeking creative solutions to clients’ problems. His experience includes projects in healthcare, higher education, biotech research, and commercial development. Needless to say, he sees every design challenge as an opportunity for success.
