Growing up in Southern California, Scott was busy skateboarding in empty swimming pools and brushing shoulders with skate legends. Today, close attention to detail and client service have contributed to Scott’s successful projects. His strong work ethic is apparent in all he does, whether it’s managing a project, interacting with clients, or dropping in on some smooth concrete.

Scott brings a diverse background to HMC, working on both education and healthcare projects. His experience with new construction, renovation and expansion includes projects with a combined construction value of more than $500M for Torrance, Alvord, and Clovis Unified School Districts as well as Kaiser Permanente. He also maintains excellent working relationships with the Division of the State Architect, Office of Statewide Health and Planning Development (OSHPD), and local agencies.
