Whether a designer is fresh out of architecture school, or is being mentored for a leadership role, our progressive-thinking studios foster an environment where work and education fuse to develop industry leaders.

Ongoing Training and Development

In addition to weekly “Lunch and Learn” seminars that take place in our studios, HMC offers exam study sessions to help licensure candidates prepare for Architectural Registration Exams. The firm also actively participates in the AIA-sponsored Intern Development Program. All programs present opportunities to learn and experience other aspects of a career path—and help bring together a diverse group of professionals.
