A Sustainable Health Education Facility in the Desert
/ / CSU San Bernardino Health Science Facility Phase III > Palm Desert, CA

A state-of-the-art instructional building devoted to the education of healthcare professionals for the 21st century.

The project is located within a quadrant of land donated to the University by the City of Palm Desert, providing an anchor and prominent symbol to the community in context to the larger master plan.

Phase III of the new campus for the Palm Desert branch of California State University at San Bernardino is a health science facility that will house the Palm Desert Campus' well-renowned health science program. The campus design is anchored by a large circular ring road that will eventually act as the main vehicular circulation for the campus. This circle acts as an important generator for the geometry of the existing buildings.
