Encouraging Interaction for World-Class Research
/ / Cedars-Sinai Samuel Oschin Cancer Center Institute > Los Angeles, CA

A major design criterion was to develop a positive and creative work environment for research and the recruitment of world-class researchers.

This expansion will serve as administrative and research offices for researchers, research assistants, conferencing, and support spaces. A strategically placed “living room” and break area have been designed to encourage spontaneous interaction between research professionals. This new research office suite is conveniently located adjacent to clinical trial spaces and cancer treatment functions.
