Oversized Entry Lobby Contains Space for Social Gathering and Office Functions

Consolidating a 215-person architecture firm by merging two local facilities into a 57,000-SF, two-story, owner-occupied office building was the overall goal of this project.

The building includes several shared spaces for social interaction and collaboration, such as an oversized lobby and connecting courtyard designed to host community and charitable events. Other amenities include an open presentation space, training room, break room, and fitness center. Sustainable elements included are dual-glazed window assemblies, cool roof, treatment of on-site storm water, bio-filter for parking lot run-off, and recycled materials as part of the interiors and finish package.
