Alvaro Velasquez from HMC’s Santiago office recently presented at the 9th Annual Latin American Leadership Forum held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The theme of the conference was “Generating Extraordinary Wealth – Strategic Projects and Public Value Creation” and focused on infrastructure projects and programs in Latin America. Alvaro’s presentation, “Innovation Beyond Architecture. Carbon Neutral Design,” explained the carbon neutral design concept, and showcased projects that were designed with this strategy in mind.
