The Inland Empire United Way has selected HMC Ontario as their 2014 Corporate Group of the Year! An award presentation was held at HMC Ontario in conjunction with the annual Daltile BBQ. Allen Collins, Director of Volunteerism and Meghan Meade, Volunteer Program Manager, presented the plaque to a group of dedicated HMC volunteers who have championed, and participated in, numerous IEUW programs such as Kids Pack, School Beautification Events, and Cards for Kids. Allan and Meghan conveyed their heartfelt thanks to HMC staff for providing valuable and ongoing support to IEUW, from hosting and sponsoring the IEUW annual recognition event, to responding to an urgent plea for volunteers to help restock their teacher resource center when a group dropped out at the last minute just before the holidays.
