Eera is associate principal at HMC Architects' Ontario studio where she co-leads sustainable efforts firm-wide. A member of BD+C magazine's 40 Under 40 Class of 2016, she is a regular speaker at sustainability conferences, and has led the sustainability analysis for over 30 projects. Eera strives to make a positive impact through energy, water and waste use, and also in educating and inspiring building users through high-performance features.

Eric is associate principal at HMC Architects' Los Angeles studio where he co-leads sustainable efforts firm-wide. With 28 years of experience, he is focused on energy conservation strategies that lead to zero-net energy architecture. Eric uses ground water recharge strategies, water conservation, thermal and electrical on-site renewable energy generation, downdraft cool towers, and local material reuse in his projects. He has collaborated on numerous high-performance designs and award-winning projects.

Raymond finds inspiration in reading biographies. As HMC’s Chief Impact Officer and Design Principal, Hosey oversees key projects and leads strategies to improve the impact of HMC’s work with a focus on sustainability, communications, research, and thought leadership, helping build the firm’s national reputation as a leader in design, innovation, and delivery. Lance is a highly-regarded architect whose work explores all of the ways to improve the impact of design, which then improves the community it serves. An acclaimed author and public speaker, Hosey has written two books and hundreds of essays on design innovation. In 2015, he became one of only 30 people in the world to have been named a Fellow with both the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

An award-winning designer, many of his projects are recognized for high levels of sustainability and have achieved industry recognition. Most notably, the Evergreen Valley College Math and Science Complex and Evergreen Valley College Fitness Center were awarded LEED Platinum. CSUMB Joel and Dena Gambord Business and Information Technology Building is placed on net-zero energy emerging list and received LEED Platinum certification.

James P. Cramer is an author, professor and information architect. He is the former EVP of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) where he served on its board and executive committee for thirteen years, the last six as CEO. He is the Distinguished Professor of Architecture at Savannah College of Art and Design and Faculty Lecturer at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Richard Upjohn Fellow of the AIA, Leadership Fellow of WBSI, Honorary Member of International Interior Design Association (IIDA), Senior Fellow of the Design Futures Council (DFC), and the recipient of the Presidential Medal from National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
