Social Impact

HMC's social impact ecosystem stems from our architectural and design practices. We go beyond the built environment to positively influence our triple bottom line: people, planet, and profits and serve the greater good.

Designing Futures Foundation (DFF)

The DFF works to build a better world by investing in transformative nonprofits with a focus on positively impacting the built environment, ensuring equitable access to design education, advancing sustainability through education and climate justice, and responding to the needs of vulnerable populations in our communities

Volunteerism

At HMC philanthropy is in our DNA. We empower our employees to make a difference beyond their daily deadlines. HMC's social impact teams drive positive change both within the firm and in our communities. Together, we're investing our time, talents and dollars to serve the greater good.

Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

We cannot design for the human experience if we cannot be human. To serve every human individually and entirely, we need people that reflect the diversity of our communities.
