HMC’s Healthcare Practice Leader Kirk Rose, AIA, DBIA is presenting with Mike Funderberg, Executive Healthcare Director at Bernards at the AIA Los Angeles “Design-Build Makes Patient Tower a Simple Success” program on April 18, 2018.
The program, hosted by AIA LA’s Committee on Architecture in Healthcare (CAH), will focus on the successful design-build collaboration of the 150-bed Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Patient Tower, which rigorously employed simple best practices to win, design, permit, and construct the project. Kirk and Mike will describe their processes in detail, and explain how the elements came together and can be replicated in future projects.
The discussion, which takes place at HMC Architects’ office in Los Angeles, is one of CAH’s highly attended monthly presentation programs.
