Beyond the realm of architecture, the HMC Designing Futures Foundation (DFF) was established in 2009 with an initial endowment of $1.9 million, evolving into a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. From its inception, the DFF has channeled over $1.7 million into nonprofits championing architecture, STEM education, sustainability, and livable communities.
