Karen’s collaborative approach fosters stakeholder engagement and drives the successful execution of financial, operational, structural, and market share objectives.
Karen advocates for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in the design and construction professions. She served as the Executive Producer and cohost of "Breaking the Silence of Design," a podcast addressing these issues. Additionally, Karen imparts her knowledge as an adjunct lecturer at California Baptist University’s Architecture School, specializing in professional practice. A prolific writer, she has published over 100 articles on the business aspects of architecture, contributing significantly to the field's body of knowledge.
