Tim has over two decades of experience in healthcare architecture as a planner and a principal architect, designing, building, and renovating facilities across California. His work spans complex inpatient renovations, outpatient facilities, and large-scale master plans, with deep expertise in Lean design and HCAI/OSHPD projects. He has led multinational teams, contributed to industry conferences, and excels at guiding projects from concept through construction. Tim loves learning and collaborating with caregivers and is always looking for innovations and efficiencies to bring to his projects. He is passionate about elevating healthcare environments through thoughtful design and approaches his work with an empathy rooted in the profound responsibility of designing healing spaces.
