We’re thrilled to announce that HMC Architects’ Francisco Perez, has officially become a licensed architect! This milestone marks a significant achievement in his professional journey and reflects their dedication to the field of architecture.
For Francisco becoming licensed was more than a career goal—it was a personal commitment to excellence, responsibility, and leadership in the field. He says, “I understood that the work I do is directly linked to the content studied, so it made perfect sense that if I wanted to take that next step then getting my license was a must.”
As a project coordinator in Seattle, Washington, Franciso is currently contributing to several exciting projects including Evergreen High School in Burien, Washington, and Bishop Blanchet High School Seismic Renovation in Seattle, Washington. These projects showcase his design vision, technical expertise, and collaborative spirit—qualities that make them an asset to our team and to the communities we serve.
Please join us in congratulating Francisco on this incredible achievement! We look forward to seeing the continued impact of his work as a licensed architect.
