With over 20 years at HMC Architects, Andrea serves as a Principal in Charge for the Healthcare Practice, where she leads with purpose, precision, and heart. Known for her ability to apply creative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions, Andrea ensures every project remains true to its vision while meeting complex budget, schedule, and program requirements. Her leadership spans all phases of project development, where she provides oversight, strategic direction, and strong team coordination. Andrea is deeply committed to advancing equity and positively impacting the communities where we work and live. She serves as a Social Impact Team Captain and is one of three co-chairs of HMC’s Women in Architecture group, where she mentors emerging professionals and champions a more inclusive culture.
