As the LA office celebrates Earth Week with a variety of events, I have been sharing some fun facts to coincide with the scheduled daily events. On Wednesday, we took a trip to the local Pershing Square farmer’s market to act locally, buy locally. Here are a few tips I shared with the office that you can use on your next shopping trip.

Compiled by the Environmental Working Group each year, this Shopper’s Guide will help you to determine which fruits and vegetables have the most pesticides residue and are the most important to buy organic. By avoiding the most contaminated fruits and vegetables and eating the least contaminated, you can lower your pesticide intake substantially.
