HMC Architects is one of the leading architecture and design firms in the U.S. when it comes to equity hiring according to Architect magazine, which published its annual Architect 50 list in November.

In a survey of all firms (50 employees and higher) who participated in this year’s Architect 50, HMC was recognized as one who made the largest percentage leap in women designers from 25 in 2017 to 32 in 2018.
