Stephen Wilkerson

What started as a high school vacation to Hawaii quickly became a passion—and we don’t mean for the beach. While visiting the islands, Steve was inspired by unique buildings and structures and eventually decided to build his career in architecture. Since joining HMC in 1990, Steve’s experience has spanned a broad range of planning and design projects throughout Southern California. Today, Steve leads master planning, new construction, modernizations, and remodels for education facilities, with specialized expertise in security design issues for school campuses. He brings strong values and competency to HMC's successful completion of spiritual facilities throughout Southern California and is an excellent communicator with the ability to build consensus with diverse groups.
