Construction began on a new 10-room classroom building on the Fisher Middle School campus just under a year ago, and now that facility is ready for students—a testament to the speed that can be achieved when modular building technologies are used.
A green and yellow crepe paper “ribbon” was cut on June 14, dedicating the building that has come to be known as the “new Fisher 10.”
“This is really a momentous occasion,” Los Gatos Union School District board president Doug Halbert said. “This will provide our students with a quality environment for quality education. We all know that all paths in our district lead to Fisher, and it’s incredible that this all happened in a year.” Read the full article from the Los Gatos Weekly Times.
