HMC is pleased to have Kai Broms, LEED AP on its team as an Associate Principal. Since joining the firm in March 2012, Kai has been making an immediate impact by leading and expanding the firm’s institutional and corporate interiors practice in Northern California. He brings over twenty years of project management and design experience to HMC and is a highly experienced designer, space planner, programmer, and project manager. Kai’s portfolio includes projects for institutional, financial, legal and large corporate clients in the U.S. and Asia. Prior to joining HMC, Kai was as an Associate Principal for Rottet Studio where he earned a solid reputation for leading large-scale interiors projects to successful completion.
