HMC Architects’ Jose Arce and Haripriya Madireddi have been selected for the 2026 METROPOLIS Arch30 Los Angeles cohort, which celebrates emerging architectural leaders shaping the future of design.

Arce is a Designer II in HMC’s education studio in Ontario, California, and Madireddi is a healthcare planner in the firm’s San Jose studio. They will join other rising professionals from leading architecture firms for an afternoon of professional development, meaningful dialogue, and industry connection on September 9 at RIOS in Los Angeles.

Led by METROPOLIS Editor at Large Verda Alexander, Arch30 is designed to help emerging leaders develop new skills, amplify their impact, and exchange ideas with peers navigating an evolving profession. Honorees also gain career-building visibility through recognition across METROPOLIS’s digital platforms.

The selection of Arce and Madireddi reflects their talent, leadership potential, and commitment to creating thoughtful environments that support the communities HMC serves.

Congratulations to Jose and Haripriya on this well-deserved recognition. We look forward to sharing more about their Arch30 experience following the event.
