HMC Architects’ Senior Project Manager Bridget Flecky, AIA has graduated from the Coalition for Adequate School Housing’s (CASH) School Facilities Leadership Academy (SFLA).
Bridget believes that the built environment has an emotional impact on our lives and she understands the need for school districts to provide a quality learning environment and a beautiful, efficient design. As a senior project manager, she has collaborated on some of HMC’s largest PreK-12 projects including Escondido Union School District’s Del Dios Academy of Arts and Sciences and San Marcos Unified School District’s Double Peak School.
The CASH School Facilities Leadership Academy was established to give tomorrow’s school facilities leaders the opportunity to learn from today’s experts. The nine-month immersive academy emphasizes leadership, management, collaboration, technical competence, and political context and provides school facilities professionals the tools they need to be successful in all areas of school facilities planning, design, and construction.
