The Community College Facility Coalition’s Facilities Leadership Institute (CFLI) is a robust program designed to empower higher education facilities professionals with knowledge and resources crucial to the management of community college facilities. The CFLI is a prestigious learning and professional development opportunity for community college employees and those who serve community college facilities. HMC is proud that Principal in Charge Monisha Adnani and Managing Principal Brad Glassick were selected to join the 2025-26 cohort.

With over 20 years of experience, Monisha Adnani has a proven track record of collaborating with clients to achieve innovative and tailored solutions. Her expertise lies in programming, planning, designing, and developing higher education facilities, performing arts venues, and historic building renovations, consistently delivering exceptional projects on time and within budget constraints.

Brad Glassick’s more than 20 years of experience spans all aspects of a campus environment, including athletic complexes, health and wellness centers, and academic buildings. His involvement in the preliminary planning, design development, construction documents, and construction administration phases has enhanced the success of each project.

The 16-month CCFC Facilities Leadership Institute program runs from May 2025 to September 2026 and consists of six in-person modules hosted at community college campuses across California. Monisha and Brad have completed the leadership and legal modules and look forward to completing the facilities planning, funding, design and construction, and operations modules over the next year. This prestigious leadership program will enable Monisha and Brad to better understand the needs and challenges of our clients and help them achieve their visions and support student success.
