HMC Architects’ Principal Steve Wilson will speak at the Kaiser Permanente National Facilities Services (NFS) 2019 Preferred Provider Program Symposium on Thursday, October 10 in Los Angeles, California.
The theme of this year’s symposium is “Encouraging a Lean Culture” and Wilson will be discussing the topic “Why Culture Matters.” Scope, budget, and schedule are not always the indicator of a successful project and this presentation will discuss effective tools for establishing, and maintaining, a collaborative team environment to ensure a truly successful project.
The annual symposium is a robust event that includes a full day of learning from NFS leaders and industry experts and the annual Design Excellence Awards, which honors the best of Kaiser’s newest facilities. This year’s symposium will be held from October 9-10 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
