Did you know that HMC had a yacht? Well, we actually had five at the 6th Annual PSOMAS Paper Yacht Challenge. Our LA studio participated in the event for the third straight year, this year benefiting Metro Charter Elementary. Five yachts sailed under the HMC flag with the help of generous donations from HMC’s Kirk Rose and Kate Diamond. The race was held at the City National Plaza Fountain across the street from the LA studio, and Rich Hall’s yacht, “Miami Vice,” took home second place for the fastest time across the fountain. Although the grand prize for fastest overall time eluded us yet again this year, we made our mark as a contender. Be sure to look for us at the next Paper Yacht Race at a fountain near you!
