HMC Architects’ School Facility Program Specialist/Education Market Leader, Julie Strauss, will be speaking at California’s Coalition for Adequate School Housing’s (CASH) July Workshops in Sacramento and Ontario, California on July 23 and July 30.

The topic of the workshops will be “Planning in Anticipation of a Local Bond in 2020”. Strauss will be on the workshop panel speaking about the issues involved in preparing for a local General Obligation Bond election in 2020 and realistic project planning in a time of construction cost acceleration.
