Riverside City College’s Charles A. Kane Student Services and Administration Building (SSAB) has achieved LEED Silver certification. Sustainable strategies for the 44,000-SF energy-efficient facility include a high-performing building envelope, a high-performing mechanical system, and natural daylight harvesting. In addition, the facility exemplifies how an efficient, healthy, and economically feasible building can be achieved through the implementation of passive design techniques.

The SSAB consolidates all of the student services programs into one centralized building, which acts as a gateway for students and visitors at the entry of the campus.
