Architect Beverly Prior is on a crusade to improve the California criminal justice system through thoughtful design. Over the past 25 years, her San Francisco-based firm has become one of the most influential firms in the area of California correctional facilities, working on about 40 projects from ground-up prisons to smaller additions.
